How to request deletion
You can revoke the Instagram connection from your social account settings or disconnect the account from LunaSocial. You can also request deletion of connected data by emailing privacy@lunasocialai.com.
What is deleted
For a valid request we remove the social connection and associated external identifiers. Where requested, we also delete personal data and content subject to applicable legal and technical obligations.
Timing
Requests are verified and handled without undue delay. We may request information required to confirm identity and the relevant account.
Automated Meta requests
LunaSocial also provides a technical endpoint for automated deletion requests sent by the Meta platform.
